🌙 When will my order arrive?

Think of your order as a little potion brewing in our cauldron! ✨

• Pre-orders are crafted once production begins and usually take 8–12 weeks before they sprout a tracking number (sometimes longer if the garment or dye is extra special)!
  
• If you live beyond the US borders, the journey may take a little longer, and customs or duty fees are in the hands of the shipping sprites (we can’t cover those).
  
  

🌸 What if I need to return or exchange?

Our garments are unique… so we don’t usually accept returns, refunds, or exchanges.

• Special exceptions can be made, but they do come with a re-stocking fee.
  
• If your item arrives damaged or flawed, you have 14 days from delivery to let us know.
  
• Dye or print variations are part of the handmade magic and are not considered defects.

🪄 How do I care for my garment?

To keep your piece glowing bright and soft:

• Machine wash cold with like colors (or solo for introverts).
  
• Only use non-chlorine bleach when absolutely necessary.
  
• Tumble dry low, or preferably, hang dry
  
• All garments, even non–tie dye, will gently fade with time, but they'll look amazing longer if you follow our wash instructions closely!
  

📏 What about sizing?

Because of our dye and wash process, the sizing chart in each item description may not be perfectly precise.

• If you’re in-between, we recommend sizing up.
  
• Please note: we can’t accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for sizing woes, so measure twice, order once!
